Let the current billing cycle end Deleting an account mid-cycle will not generate prorated refunds. Request account deletion Send an email to askanything@hercules.works from the address linked to your Hercules account. Subject line: “Delete Hercules Account – [your email]” For Users on Free Plans To delete your account go to Settings → Account → Delete your account What Happens Next Irreversible: Deletion permanently removes all projects, chat history, and saved settings. Processing time: Our team will confirm the request and erase your data within 15 business days.
